Are YOU Interested in Sponsoring a Scholarship?

WHAT MAKES YOUR SCHOLARSHIP DONATION UNIQUE

It’s Personal.

You can personalize your donation in honor of someone, designate a specific interest, field of study, or have the freedom to come up with your own category. Whether it is named after you, your company, or in honor of someone else, you choose the specifics.

It’s Directed.

100% of your donation goes towards scholarship funds. 0% is used for expenses, salaries, overhead, etc. Your donation is marked specifically for continuing education, meaning every dollar you give will go towards supporting young women in their pursuit of higher education.

It’s Specific.

Scholarships are not only awarded based on competition performance alone. We also offer scholarships that are determined on essays, community service involvement, and academics.

Note: we do offer competition-based scholarship awards if you are interested in that as well.

It’s Inclusive.

Every delegate is assured a scholarship by competing at the Miss Maryland Volunteer Competition. No one will leave the stage empty handed.

The Miss Maryland Volunteer Foundation is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization established to support the Miss Maryland Volunteer Pageant.  A state preliminary to the Miss Volunteer America Organization, Miss Maryland Volunteer found it’s start in 2022 when a young women named Tamara Allard became our state’s very first Miss Maryland Volunteer. Since then, the Miss Maryland Volunteer Program was established to provide scholarship and leadership development opportunities to young women across Maryland.

The Miss Maryland Volunteer Foundation partners alongside individuals, businesses, universities and community organizations to support the higher education aspirations of the young women that participate in our program.

Each contestant dedicates their year of service to volunteering in their local communities, while promoting the values and mission of the Miss Maryland Volunteer Organization.
